P.O.S. Services
Now you can
enjoy distinguished YCB banking services utilizing latest
technologies. One of these services is charging your cell phone with
units via P.O.S. or ATM; it is a technology gradually replacing
current scratch cards.
You have the benefit of
purchasing goods or services by P.O.S., too.

How to Use:
It is easy to benefit
from this service available to al clients holding either savings or
current accounts. If interested, you can open a savings and/or
current account at any YCB branch, and obtain an ATM card. This
allows you to access our wide network rich in services.
Instructions
for Clients :
1.
Make sure
the trader keys in the exact amount before punching in the PIN.
2.
Enter the
PIN carefully; Don't allow others to see the PIN number.
3.
Don't
forget to take the ATM card back besides the receipt.
4.
In case
you use E-Voucher service via an ATM, be sure to receive the charge
code receipt. The same number is displayed on the screen. If the
receipt isn't printed out, you can write down the number on the
screen. If can't because of time, you press the button against YES
button. Then, a message box saying "Do you want more time?" will
appear to allow more display of the number on the screen.
5.
Take back
the card from the machine.
Instructions
for Traders:
1.
Make sure
the receipt roll is well placed in the machine.
2.
In case
the process receipt/slip is not printed out, please call Saba
Company on (01 290291 or 01 290700 Ext: 115) or on the free toll
8008000 to receive instructions and verification.
3.
It is
possible to print out the last process executed on P.O.S. in
conformity with the instructions in Trader's Manual.
